1) At one PTC site, make only one account from your own computer.

2) Don't use different systems to access your accounts. It may cause a problem with your account. 
3) Connect your accounts to PTC Sites via a direct internet connection and your own IP address. PTC sites don't work on VPNs, Proxy, Shared connections to access accounts.
